Privacy policy
Last updated 18 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data I collect when you use this website or work with me as a coaching client, why I collect it, and what your rights are.
What I collect
- Application data. Your name, email, and the health, training and lifestyle details you give me on the application form.
- Client data. Body measurements, check-in notes, plan history and the messages you send me in the portal.
- Account data. Your email address and a hashed password. I never store your password in a readable form.
- Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. I receive a record of what was paid and when. I never see or store your card details.
- Email sign-ups. Your email address, if you ask for the free guide.
Why I collect it
To assess whether I can help you, to write your training and nutrition plans, to coach you, to take payment, and to email you about your own coaching. Health information is special category data under UK GDPR, so I process it only with your explicit consent, given when you submit the application.
Who I share it with
Nobody, other than the services needed to run this business: Stripe for payments, and my email provider for sending you email. I never sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long I keep it
Client records are kept for the duration of your coaching and for up to two years afterwards, so I can pick up where we left off if you come back. Financial records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Unsuccessful applications are deleted within twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of your data, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email ciennavinton@gmail.com and I'll action it within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
