Questions
Everything people ask me before signing up.
How do we actually communicate?+
Through your thread in the client portal, in writing. You can message me at 6am from your kitchen without booking anything, I answer within a day, and every answer stays there for you to read again later. It's how I keep coaching available all week instead of in a half-hour slot.
How personalised is 'personalised'?+
Your programme is written from scratch after I read your intake form. Your training days, your equipment, your injuries and your experience decide the exercises. Your meal plan is built from food you told me you actually eat, at the calories and protein your goal needs.
What if I've never trained before?+
That's most of who I work with. Beginners get simpler programmes, more technique detail and more room to ask 'silly' questions, which is exactly what a text thread is good for.
I have an injury. Can you still coach me?+
Usually yes, as long as you're cleared to exercise by a medical professional. Tell me everything on the intake form and I'll design around it. I coach around injuries; I don't diagnose or rehabilitate them.
Do I need a gym?+
No. Tell me what you have, whether that's a full gym, a pair of dumbbells or nothing but the floor, and the programme is built for that.
How quickly will I get my plans?+
Within 72 hours of your application being accepted and payment going through. They appear in your client portal and you'll get an email the moment they're published.
How often can I message you?+
As often as you like on the Training + Nutrition package. I read everything and reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Monthly packages can be cancelled any time from your account page and run to the end of the period you've paid for. There's no lock-in contract.
Is this suitable during pregnancy or a medical condition?+
Please speak to your doctor or midwife first. If they clear you to train, tell me exactly what they've advised and I'll work within it. But I'm a coach, not a medical professional.

Tell me about your week.
Twelve minutes of honest answers and I'll tell you what I'd change. If I'm not the right coach for you I'll say so, and point you at someone who is.
